As an SEO & Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for driving relevant traffic to FACEIT through SEO activity and analysis of digital behaviour. You will be the driving force behind our SEO approach and come equipped with knowledge, enthusiasm and passion to build a strategy that impacts marketing objectives. You will also work across other channels to analyze effectiveness of activity and campaigns, providing insight and recommendations to further our digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is someone who not only has strong SEO, analytics and reporting skills; but someone who also goes above and beyond to be proactive and show how analytics can help the big picture when it comes to achieving wider objectives.

What you’ll do:

  • Create, manage and execute the FACEIT SEO strategy
  • Monitor and optimize on-going activity accordingly, based on analysis of behavior
  • Analyze sales funnels and customer intent to help wider marketing decision making
  • Collaborate with the digital platform and product marketing teams to optimize FACEIT for search purposes
  • Collaborate with the data team to ensure our tracking tools are set for purpose for marketing analysis
  • Be a key stakeholder in the management of our Google Analytics 360 account
  • Monitor and report on performance of paid search campaigns
  • Communicate updates and reports efficiently for internal stakeholders
  • Keep up to date with new trends and best SEO practices

Hypothetical breakdown of the role and responsibilities:

  • 30% Coordination and implementation of search engine optimisation tactics
  • 30% Insight analysis of all performance marketing tactics
  • 20% Reporting for internal stakeholders
  • 10% Management of our Google Analytics account
  • 10% Management of third party agencies

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in SEO and marketing analytics
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Expert, up-to date knowledge of web analytics and marketing tracking tools
  • A knowledge or willingness to learn the ins and outs of the esports and gaming industry, including staying up to date on the latest trends
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in the English language, both spoken and written
