Senior Product Manager – Community Products

The Team:

FACEIT is the #1 destination for competitive gamers all around the world. A huge part of this success is thanks to our Community products, which allows organisers to create and manage their own communities across multiple game titles. We have two different types of community products. On one side there’s “Hubs”, a private circuit where members can compete against other members, chat, climb in seasonal leaderboards, check out the best players, and much more. On the other side there is “Clans”, where members group up together to compete against other clans.

As a Product Manager, you will be driving the success of our Community mission, where you will be solving problems, and allowing organisers to easily create and manage their communities while providing an amazing experience for players who participate in them. You will work closely with our VP of Growth to define goals, strategies and roadmaps that will deliver game changing results.


So, what are we looking for?

  • You will have good experience as a Product Manager or Owner, working with high performance teams working on B2C, ideally consumer platforms.
  • Experience to lead teams through product discovery, rapid prototyping, and experimentation is something we lookout for
  • You are a creative problem solver. You can conceptualise consumer experiences and build hypotheses around how products can impact metrics – we’d love to hear about difficult projects you have worked on.
  • A passion for gaming and esports would be ideal, as that is our customer base
  • We need you to be data driven and able to demonstrate an analytical approach in making decisions.
