Who we are

The Growth & Social team will be looking after EFG’s digital platform experience driving the flywheel of user acquisition, engagement and creating product champions that accelerate organic growth.

FACEIT, which is EFG’s primary digital platform, is currently home to 2 million monthly active users who are passionate about competitive play for games such as Counter Strike: Global Offensive, Rocket League, League of Legends and many more.

Our goal is to create worlds beyond gameplay, where players and fans become community and we have ambitious targets to 10x our user base over the next 5 years, with the Growth & Social team being at the forefront of making that happen.

What You’ll be doing

  • Defining the vision and roadmap for user acquisition. This includes but is not limited to off-platform to on-platform acquisition channels such as our Twitch extension, SEO and social media pages, our Landing Pages strategy and our entire Sign Up experience
  • OKRs that matter for your focus area will be defined by you but could involve Landing Page click-through rates, Sign Up conversion and channel conversions
  • Working closely with Tech to provide requirements and deliver best-in-class features without compromising on operational excellence
  • Collaborating with Marketing to optimise the way we users understand our proposition(s) during the consideration phase and then ultimately driving user acquisition conversion
  • Ally with Design to conduct product discovery and user research. Experiment with different approaches for acquiring users and take a data-driven approach to building business cases and measuring the impact of your efforts
  • Be part of the Growth and Social team and contributing to the wider vision of turning the Growth flywheel based on a classic Product-Led Growth strategy and flywheel
  • Be given the autonomy to drive what you do on a day-to-day basis, to learn and to flourish working with an experienced team of Product Leaders who will guide and mentor you


Who you are

  • You are a Product Manager with experience in Growth/Acquisition OR an all-rounder Product Manager with 5+ years of experience who has a growth mindset and is willing to learn
  • You are a Product Manager, Senior Product Manager or Principal Product Manager – we are considering all levels to take on this role
  • You obsess over your focus area and the end-user. You believe that getting close to the various user personas and identifying their challenges comes before any solutionising
  • You are a team player. We believe in the mantra “If you want to go far, you go together”
  • You are an excellent communicator and stakeholder manager. You understand that product management isn’t just about managing products, it’s about managing people
  • You are data-driven and believe in both quantitative and qualitative analysis to test hypotheses and qualify ideas. You are aware of confirmation bias, not afraid to disconfirm your own beliefs nor challenge ideas set forth by others by using data
  • You are a high-energy person with a can-do attitude
  • You are based in Europe or Turkey and ideally within 3 hours timezone of London, UK
