Game Partnerships Sales Manager – FACEIT Labs

Reporting to the SVP of Games Partnerships, the FACEIT Labs Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing effective relationships with game publishers, game developers, and other key strategic partners to integration FACEIT Labs competitive tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Approach gaming publishers and developers to understand their key technology objectives and needs
  • Drive FACEIT Labs technology integration sales with gaming publishers and developers
  • Work with FACEIT Labs and EFG internal stakeholders to understand technology and prepare go-to-market strategies
  • Manage an ongoing FACEIT Labs sales pipeline and reporting to leadership
  • Plan and control proposal preparation, customer support, and customer consulting
  • Travel to competitive events for face to face prospecting and meetings
  • Understand new and emerging technology trends and developments within gaming and to support FACEIT Labs new product development
  • Ongoing review and assessment of FACEIT Labs methods and techniques; recommend and implement changes and adaptations as needed to maximize operational efficiency
  • Prepare all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs)

Requirements:

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development or related fields, preferably within the gaming and / or the esports industry
  • Experience selling SDK solutions in the gaming industry
  • Fully capable in building and maintaining relationships with game publishing partners
  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  • Comfortable with face to face sales in high paced environments
  • A general understanding of the competitive esports and gaming industry and its events
  • A self starter with a can do attitude, and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • A strong work ethic with a high degree of determination and drive
  • A positive attitude and a team mentality
  • Affinity for esports and gaming a plus
