Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Live Nation working on a new product for FACEIT, you will face incredible challenges in driving the development, tracking and execution of Tier 1 Esports broadcasting, tournament operations and live events. You will work closely with our team of producers, designers, league operations staff, management and act as the main point of contact with between FACEIT and Ubisoft on Rainbow Six European Esports activities. You will own an important part of the product.


  • Bilingual English – French
  • Have proven experience in esports project management (5-7 years) and passion for building great esports products with multiple stakeholders.
  • Radical thinking paired with strong execution
  • Creative problem solver – you are able to identify real obstacles and viable solutions.
  • Not afraid to get your hands dirty and do whatever is necessary to ensure success.
  • Able to set goals and articulate the desired outcome and work collaboratively to achieve these goals.
  • Comfortable leading and participating in program, production or tournament discussions with the FACEIT team.
  • Massive plus if you are a former: producer, business development stakeholder, competitive gamer.
  • Education: B.A., B.S., or equivalent. Graduate degree is a plus, but not required.


  • Key Account Management: Working lock-step as the key point of contact between our partners at Live Nation, our clients at Ubisoft and internally at FACEIT.
  • Product Creation & Assessment: Create & assess the needs of the esports property at every stage of the process from conception to execution and post launch sustainability.
  • Project Management: Responsible for the creation and tracking of key milestone deliverables to ensure staff are completing objectives in a timely but efficient and humane way.
  • Reporting: Be responsible for creating, assessing and tracking KPIs of each product in collaboration with management and our clients.
  • Budgets: Responsible for operating a fiscal year budget and ensuring that product remains within that budget.
  • Market Knowledge: Embed and maintain a knowledge of the community that participates within that product.
  • Work as a leader of the esports program team, monitoring different departments delivery dates and work loads.[CD2]
  • Scheduling: Each step of the production and marketing process must be appropriately planned and overseen.
  • Partnerships: Identify and take an active role in the pursuit of new clients, selling sponsorships or integrating partnership opportunities for products.
  • Will have to be based in Paris, for duration.
