Partnerships Project Manager

Requirements:

So, what you’ll be doing?

• Management of daily communications with key accounts for managed services projects before, during and after the execution of each project
• Designing, setting up and coordination of online and offline esport programs for third party partners
• Coordination of internal stakeholders between Sales, Product and Tournament Operations teams to ensure the delivery of the project able to meet partners expectations
• Creations of qualitative and quantitative internal and external reports to track overall quality for the outcome of each project for partners and players
• Product Creation & Assessment: Create & assess the needs of the esports property at every stage of the process from conception to execution and post launch sustainability
• Project Management: Responsible for the creation and tracking of key milestone deliverables to ensure staff are completing objectives in a timely but efficient and humane way
• Reporting: Be responsible for creating, assessing and tracking KPIs of each product in collaboration with management and our clients
• Marketing Campaigns: Working with the marketing department to ensure campaigns are impactful and cost efficient, and oversee and monitor their execution.
• Budgets: Responsible for creating and operating a fiscal year budget and ensuring that the product remains within that budget.
• Market Knowledge: Embed and maintain a knowledge of the community that participates within that product.
• Scheduling: Each step of the production and marketing process must be appropriately planned and overseen.
• Partnerships: Identify and take an active role in the pursuit of new clients, selling sponsorships or integrating partnership opportunities for products

What are we looking for?

• Wide knowledge of competitive gaming/esports on multiple gaming titles with good understanding of competitive gaming/esport programs regarding formats of competitions, rule sets, scheduling and player experience
• Effective communication to deliver a precise and consistent stream of information and update to internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to effectively plan through detailed scheduling and time management
• Critical thinking and Problem solving to take timely and correct decisions in a proactive way during planning phases and reactive during the execution of the projects to deal with unforeseen and unexpected scenarios
• Have a proven experience and passion for building great esports products with multiple stakeholders.
• Radical thinking paired with strong execution – you can envision a world different than the status quo with the ability to articulate a clear path to get there.
• Not afraid to get your hands dirty and do whatever is necessary to ensure success.
• Able to set goals and articulate the desired outcome and work collaboratively to achieve these goals.
• Comfortable participating in production or tournament discussions with the media team.
• Great understanding and demonstrated interest in competitive gaming.
• Rigorous – asks hard questions, validates assumptions, connects the dots.
• Passion for great project design: You should know what works, what doesn’t and why.
