The Team:

FACEIT is looking to scale across all departments over the next few years. We have big plans for the future, so we need to make sure we hire the right people who can help us advance to the next level! Our People team is pivotal in making sure we are bringing in and retaining the best talent out there – and to do that at scale we are looking to grow our recruitment team again!

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be focused on our Product, Tech, Design and Data team, by working closely with your hiring managers to understand their requirements and needs. You will provide strategic direction in how best to identify and approach candidates, whilst providing them with an amazing experience when going through our process. You will be reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager – but expected to work autonomously (we like to give you your freedom to work how it best suits you to add value).

Requirements:

Responsibilities

  • Source applicants via various direct routes including social media, job boards and other relevant direct recruitment methods
  • Continuously improve recruitment methods ensuring the message we send to our candidates is consistent
  • Constantly promote our employer brand in the marketplace, building networks with both active and passive candidates
  • Design engaging content and adverts that capture the vibrant FACEIT culture
  • Conducting telephone interviews and face-to-face meetings.
  • Maintenance of a strong pipeline of candidates including Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Product Managers, UX/UI, Data Scientist et.
  • Preparation of employment contracts/paperwork and the induction of new joiners
  • Tracking all candidate and interview activity through company proprietary ATS

So, what are we looking for?

  • Experience in recruiting talent from the Tech, Design and Data industry;
  • The ability to use various sourcing platforms; not just LinkedIn Recruiter;
  • Comfortable in dealing with stakeholders at various different levels;
  • The ability to understand requirements, and provide market insight on your areas of expertise;
  • Confident in approaching candidates who aren’t actively looking for a new role;
  • Able to get stuck in with several tasks at a time;
  • Experienced in improving recruitment processes, to improve efficiency and candidate experience;
  • Capable of finding alternative solutions and thinking outside the box;
  • You love using data to make decisions

We would get especially excited if you have experience with the following:

  • A background in agency and in-house recruitment;
  • A passion for gaming and esports;
  • Ability to showcase how you best utilise data in making decision;
  • Experience sourcing for candidates with experience in the following: Product Designers, Data Scientist, Anti-Cheat specialists
