Brand Partnership Director Nordics

This is a FULLY Remote position.


At FACEIT we are proud to work with gamers globally, to provide great competitive experiences for their favourite video games. We develop unique products for sponsors producing world class esports tournaments and events. We develop unique products for players, partners and game developers centred around establishing and building competitive communities and ecosystems for multiplayer video games. Our online platform hosts over 20 million matches a month, and we are proud to work closely with multiple gaming publishers and developers to keep building the next generation of competitive experiences. We’re growing rapidly and are going to need the right people to help us keep up the pace.

As a Brand Partnership Director, you will lead business development effort in our strategic brands sponsorships with the aim to increase our company’s revenue through the delivery of legendary relationships. Your duties will include:


  • Ownership of the sponsorship sales revenue to ensure targets are met year on year.
  • Aid in the development of commercial strategies including sponsor attraction with full accountability of new business development, partner management and new revenue stream generation.
  • Negotiating commercial terms and concluding sponsorship agreements and ensure the appropriate drafting of contracts for the sale of sponsorship packages.
  • Team management: recruiting, training, motivating and leading a commercial team/department in line with company growth.
  • Advise internal stakeholders of all material developments within the commercial area and recommend action or additional resources required to meet strategic goals.
  • Act as an ambassador for, and promote the best interests of the business at all times.
  • Managing products for partner accounts from ideation through development through launch and execution
  • Collaborating directly with external development teams, product marketing teams, analytics teams, legal teams, and other stakeholders to define and deliver on the scope of product that aligns all parties’ commercial and strategic objectives.
  • Manage the prioritization process and work closely with relevant teams within FACEIT to ensure delivery per set timelines and clear communication across the business.
  • Ensure that launched Product learnings and insights are shared and applied across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Media and advertising is a must.
  • Experience in esports.
  • Substantial experience and proven track record in delivering success within sponsorship sales.
  • Innovative, creative partnership builder with experience in developing brands and marketing strategies for long-term revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of commercial rights packaging coupled with an impressive client brand portfolio..
